Custom Work Policy

Since all embroidery work is custom-made to your specifications, standard returns are not applicable. We strongly recommend using our video approval process before making the final payment to ensure satisfaction.

Correction Policy

If the delivered work differs from the approved design: free correction is provided. If there is a material defect: free remake or replacement. If damaged during transit: free replacement upon providing photographic evidence within 48 hours of delivery.

Refund Policy

Full refund of advance if we are unable to fulfill the order. Partial or full refund for major quality issues that cannot be corrected. Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

How to Report Issues

Report any issues within 7 days of receiving the order. Contact us via WhatsApp at +91 9068155122 or email karigarihubindia@gmail.com with photographs of the issue. Our team will assess and respond within 24-48 hours.

Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before work begins for a full refund of the advance. Once work has started, cancellation may result in a partial refund depending on the work completed. Rush or priority orders may have different cancellation terms.
