By using KarigariHub's services, you agree to these terms. KarigariHub acts as a platform connecting clients with skilled embroidery artisans. All embroidery work is handcrafted by our verified artisan network.
All orders require a 65% advance payment before work begins. The remaining 35% is due after video approval of the finished work and before dispatch. Payments can be made via UPI, bank transfer, or other accepted methods. Quotes are valid for 7 days from the date of issue.
All embroidery work is custom-made to your specifications. Once work has begun (after advance payment), cancellations may not be eligible for a full refund. Changes to design after work has started may incur additional charges and timeline extensions.
We provide a video call approval process before final payment. Minor variations in handcrafted work are natural and not considered defects. If the delivered work significantly differs from the approved design, we will provide corrections at no extra cost.
Designs shared by clients remain their intellectual property. KarigariHub may showcase completed work in our gallery with client permission. Our website content, branding, and materials are protected by copyright.
KarigariHub's liability is limited to the value of the order. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including natural events, supply chain disruptions, or communication failures.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Haryana, India.
